EagleOne Restructures Field Operations
FORT SMITH, AR (May 19, 2008) - After several years of rapid growth, EagleOne is implementing a realignment of field operating structure and personnel to drive lean organizational efficiencies which will enhance our customers' experience. This restructure will divide the company's field operations into 3 regions allowing for future growth as well as elevated communication and customer responsiveness. This transformation will take place during the last two weeks of May with completion on or before June 1, 2008.
Within this restructure you will begin to see a new face on our management team, say farewell to a veteran colleague and notice several position changes:
- Transportation industry veteran, Keith Davis comes to us with 20+ years of operations management experience in delivery operations and distribution warehousing. Keith will assume the role of Director of Operations for the Southwest Region and will make his home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- After 13 years of dedicated service to EagleOne, Kerry Satterfield is leaving to pursue his own small business ownership opportunity. Although Kerry will undoubtedly be missed, everyone at EagleOne wishes him well on this exciting new endeavor.
- Anthony Collins will assume Kerry's position as Business Analyst and Operations Special Projects. Anthony comes to the corporate headquarters in Fort Smith, Arkansas for this new position after managing our Alabama and Mississippi Region.
- Rob McLemore, who previously managed the Oklahoma Region, will lead the Gulf Coast Region as its Director of Operations making his new home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
- Doug Ray will grow his current territory of Arkansas and Tennessee to include the entire Mid South Region continuing to be based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

This transition is intended to streamline departmental operating by restructuring support functions and improving accountability through a simpler reporting structure with fewer management layers. We feel certain you will be pleased with the coming change.
