Description
Due to significant growth, EagleOne is looking to add a Director of Accounting and Finance to its existing professional staff and talented management team. Our Company seeks an aggressive experienced accounting professional that has both detailed experience in designing and implementing accounting systems and procedures along with management level financial supervisory and reporting experience. The Director of Accounting and Finance will direct the financial operations of the Company in a manner designed to protect assets, meet reporting requirements, provide timely and meaningful reporting of results of financial operations, and effectively monitor current financial results and plan for future financial needs of the Company.
Duties will include: evaluate, plan, develop, implement and monitor the Company’s financial processes, procedures and performance. Participate as a strategic member of the Company’s Executive Management Team. Work closely with operational management to maximize efficiency and profitability related to operating systems and procedures of the Company. Design, implement and monitor an effective system of internal controls.

Requirements
Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
